Our concept to change management is elaborated together with Steen Hildebrandt and Søren Brandi and is theoretically based on John P. Kotter’s approach.
The concept introduces a framework model including tools for change management, which ensures a match between the organizational changes and the personal transitions. Because it is often the personal transitions, and thus what is associated with the organizational changes, which constitute the greatest challenge to successful change management.
The framework model and its tools are gathered in a simple and comprehensive manual, which you subsequently can use as a script to your own change processes, as it guides you through all of the phases from planning to execution and evaluation.
