Terms and Conditions

Your enrollment is final only, when you have received a written confirmation from us.

Cancellation of participation
Your enrollment is binding. A cancellation must be written and forwarded to info@power2influence.dk. Cancellations are processed according to these guidelines:

– Until 6 weeks prior to course start an administration fee amounting to 10 % of the course fee is charged.
– Later than 6 weeks prior to course start the full course fee is charged. If another person from your company attends the course instead of you, only the administration fee amounting to 10 % of the course fee is charged​.

​Postponement of participation
Your enrollment is binding. A postponement must be written and forwarded to info@power2influence.dk. Postponements are processed according to these guidelines:

– Until 6 weeks prior to course start an administration fee amounting to 10 % of the course fee is charged.
– Later than 6 weeks prior to course start the full course fee is charged.

Accommodation and catering
Immediately following your enrollment, we book accommodation and/or catering for you at the conference center. An invoice covering these expenses is forwarded to your company immediately upon the course days. The invoice is issued by the conference center.

Lodging and catering expenses to Power2Influence
DKK 4.119,- for residential course
DKK 2.000,- for meeting package to the non-residential course

A cancellation or postponement of your course participation is processed as follows by the conference center.

– Less than 6 weeks prior to course start a fee amounting to 50 % of the lodging/catering expenses is charged.
– Less than 4 weeks prior to course start a fee amounting to 75 % of the lodging/catering expenses is charged.
– Less than 24 hours prior to course start the lodging/catering expenses are charged in total.
